shadow box

So I finally got to try out the shadow box idea. I found an old display case at my mom's house, ( what it was supposed to display I have no idea) but it didn't have anything in it except a bunch of dust. This was a joint project with my mom.. so I can't take all the credit, but I think its a really good use of an old frame. We used the Cricut to cut out the flower and leaf shapes and I used medium sized "Zots" (glue dots) rolled together to give each cut out a little height and a nice shadow ( I used about 3 zots for each place I wanted raise up).

I had to to take the glass out of the frame to take this pic because of the glare- but I think it turned out pretty nice.
